Code Sheets: used to store passwords and pin codes. Select a number (Ex. 15) of fields and keep it secret. Fill in the code cards automatically, your passwords are in the selected (secret) fields. Write in the text field of the code cards where the individual passwords are used.
Your passwords are easy to change, fill out a new set of code cards, the new password is in the previously secret selected fields. Remember to change the password where it is used?
If the same password length is always used, additional fields for the length are unnecessary!

Free Code Sheets: It is possible to enter predetermined passwords/PIN codes, but for security reasons this is not recommended.
It is better to change the existing one with a new one, so as not to compromise your secret fields!
Print or save a screen print on your own PC, Tablet, etc.

Procedure:
1. If necessary, select 2 fields to specify the password length.
2. Optionally, select a field for the number of code cards if more than one card is to contain a password.
3. Select a number of fields, preferably more than one row or column, corresponding to the longest password.
4. Remember the chosen location of the fields. And keep it secret from others.
5. The same location is used on all code cards.
6. The title fields are auto-filled with ID number and date stamp upon creation.
7. Remember to write where the card belongs!
8. Also remember to change the existing one!

Filling out code cards:
KodeArk is best suited for creating new passwords and storing them. KodeArk is filled in with digits or meaningless combinations of alphanumeric characters.
Use auto-fill code cards which inserts a random sequence of letters, numbers and possibly characters.
Passwords consisting of readable names are not usable in Code Sheet.

Saved Code Sheets: Your Code Sheets data on the website is deleted upon session expiration or by Reset.
The user must save the data themselves. Printer-friendly pages can be printed if a printer er tilgænlig, men er også velegnet til screenprint.
Mobile-friendly pages are best suited to be saved in images on Mobile after screen printing and cropping the image.
